Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. Final scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created for your project transfers to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
